Full-Day Professional Education | SHRM PDC–Eligible | Certificate Program

This flagship program serves as the foundation for Harmonious Labor Institute’s curriculum.

It provides HR professionals and leaders with a practical, applied understanding of:

  • Employee rights under NLRA Section 7
  • Employer obligations under NLRA Section 8
  • Lawful workplace communication standards
  • Organizing mechanics and NLRB representation processes

Participants gain clarity, confidence, and judgment — not talking points.

This program is eligible for 6.5 SHRM Professional Development Credits (PDCs) upon completion.
