Campaign Materials are essential influencers in successfully exploiting a vivid experience of unionization. Union negotiation campaigns typically seek to improve your odds of achieving a specific goal.

To do this, with the ultimate negotiation(s) in mind, our basic campaign material approach is to enhance
the value of a non-unionized organization, worsen the other parties no-deal alternatives, improve your own options, and or  adopt a combination of these elements.

Designing and executing a successful negotiation campaign involves 4 Crucial Steps:
*Identify relevant parties
-Graphically Show the relevant parties the plausible outcome of their decision.
*Grouping them into fronts according to shared interests
-Illustrate how successfull individual with similiar interest have obtained their desired outcome without seeking union representation
*Determining whether to combine fronts (if, for instance, doing so would unite your allies),
-Everyone has not made a final decision..show them individuals who have made the right decision.
*Deciding which fronts to approach early on and which to engage only after you've made progress elsewhere.
-Educating the most vulnerable areas of the organization  through the use of campaign material is where our initial focus will be.

Effectively distributing campaign material is a mulit-tasked approach that helps to answer questions quickly and diminsh confusion.
